I think that employees would probably benefit from more support from the leadership team. Help them find clients and give them the tools they need to succeed.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Both the pay and benefits at the firm are very good. Pay scales are at the top of the market and benefits are more than generous for associates and support staff.

What did you not like about this institution?
Associates are expected to go out and find their own clients. Those without a lot of initiative will find that this job probably isn't for them.
