You will work with some reputable attorneys here, but minorities may not always feel comfortable. The firm does have an outstanding reputation for success.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is not committed to maintaining a diverse staff. If you are a person of color like me, then there could be problems with your advancement in the workplace.
