Something as simple as giving associates more opportunities for activities and memberships or having recreational activities could help with the long hours.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I take my job really seriously, so it's nice to be able to work with others who are all about being professional in regards to how we approach the cases and clients. The pay and benefits are good.

What did you not like about this institution?
The workload tends to stress me out sometimes. But a lot of that is due to how the firm cares about the fine print when it comes to our jobs.
