The firm can improve by increasing its hiring standards and improving diversity among the staff. Adding an HR department would also improve the professionalism inside the offices.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
You will develop a reputation for yourself as a no-nonsense attorney if you work here, because that is required. You will also learn from some of the best minds in the local area.
What did you not like about this institution?
The firm is growing and developing an identity for itself, which may not yet be established. Several key staff have left prominent roles. Salary and benefits packages are not among the best.
