What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I feel as though they really need to look into adopting some newer methods and technologies to speed up the way they process things and communicate with each other. I had a lot of difficulty working around their old ways of doing things and adopting some change would be a great thing for them.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
All of the attorneys that work here are very professional in regards to their mannerisms. They also allow you to adjust your schedule as you see fit, which is very nice.

What did you not like about this institution?
Most of the attorneys at this firm have been working in the legal field for many years. They tend to be very old school in the way they process and handle things, which is very difficult to work around if you
