Manage the summer months better because now it's chaotic and night and day difference. Manage schedules and hours better with the added interns.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Great for interns to get a lot of hands on work. Plenty of work to go around for people like myself looking for some hands on work. Reliable hours and schedule.

What did you not like about this institution?
During the summer the hours become a bit unreliable and work becomes stressful as well during this time. It's odd how things go from perfect to chaotic.
