What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to be more present at this firm. If management is nonexistent then the firm will go under from disorganization.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked at this firm for 2 years and really liked my coworkers. We all got along great and there was hardly ever any problem between the staff. Everyone got along very well and I made a lot of good friends working here.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management was absolutely horrible. They never took care of their employees and were hardly ever there half the time. They simply didn't care about the firm and there was so much disorganization. I couldn't stand it after a while.
