Many learning and growth opportunities. If you are talented and interested, you can move to any field in Kenny Nachwalter, P.A. The Only reason why I am not trying to join this firm once again is because of their Salary Structure.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I have worked as an attorney at this place for more than six years. At this place people are reasonably smart and always interested in helping you to advance your career. In short, Friendly work environment and good opportunities for overall growth.

What did you not like about this institution?
Work-life balance is poor and at peak times the workload is very high. Along with that the salary structure and bonus criteria are not good. Pay must have been better considering the workload.
