What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to consider lightening the workload for employees. If employees are feeling overworked they will eventually leave and find work elsewhere.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I've been at this firm for about 5 months now and the environment has been very welcoming and friendly. I get along with everyone and management is very friendly as well. They always ask how things are going and helpful if I have any questions.
What did you not like about this institution?
The only problem with this firm is the long hours. Most weeks are 50+ and I feel like my work and home balance has been ruined. I hardly see my friends and family and I feel like I live at work most of the time.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I'd recommend creating a less toxic environment with a diverse office where women and minorities actually want to work. Pay better.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm handles interesting cases and offers varied work. The attorneys are skilled and talented.
What did you not like about this institution?
It is an ego-driven boys club with little diversity. Virtually no HR. Would not recommend to other female staff or even attorneys. Partners are demanding and not generous with staff.
