There might be a way to make every type of work style work within the place, possibly a joint effort from HR and upper management task force.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Once I got into this place I was amazed at the great energy involved with everyone which feeds into itself and creates positively busy environment.

What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes the work can be quite a large load, and I can see why we have lost some in the past since not everyone can follow the pace.
