What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Compensation obviously needs to be increased. Employees should be given more direction to develop their professional skills, which will be a long-term benefit to both them and the firm.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is quite entrepreneurial for a firm of its size. You'll be able to strike whatever sort of work-life balance that works for you, as you'll be given lots of freedom to choose your own work.
What did you not like about this institution?
There's a lot of extra work to do as a junior employee. Starting pay isn't great although there is plenty of room to advance. Facilities are not amazing.
