It's okay to have expectations, but you can't expect someone just starting out to carry the same load as a seasoned veteran. Allow them to learn and they'll perform better for you in the future.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
If you are getting into patent law, Hamilton, Brook, Smith & Reynolds is one of the best places to learn and get experience. The firm has pretty good benefits, as well.

What did you not like about this institution?
You are often times left feeling like a number and lost in the firm. They sometimes have unreasonably high expectations of their workers, especially ones just starting out.
