Advice to law firm management: The firm needs to downsize or create more opportunities for employees to advancement. This firm is large so it seems this cannot be remedied as much.

Pros: This firm goes above expectations to make you feel at home. With accommodating workspaces, flexible hours, and a great staff its second nature to expand your abilities as an attorney here.

Cons: Finding advancement opportunities within the firm is challenging. This firm is growing very rapidly, competition is fierce. As time goes on it's becoming much more difficult to advance within the firm because of this.

"Be ready to become a slave to the billable hour"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

Advice to law firm management: Be ready to work from day one and bill as much as you can. If you want to impress your bosses at this firm, you will have to start earning as much business as you can.

Pros: This firm charges its clients top dollar, which is good if you're a partner. Whether you make partner here is up to you. There are chances to advance, but not many. The partners at this firm will not welcome just anyone into the fold -- only the best associates.

Cons: You will find this environment ruthlessly competitive. The clients may balk at the enormous bills they will have to pay, which may endanger the firm's future business. There are few clients out there who can afford this type of representation.
