What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Consider raising the pay and giving new employees a better idea of what is expected of them when they are first hired so they are not blindsided later on.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work/life balance here is very good and the firm is very insular and close knit. It's almost like having a second family. People are very team oriented and willing to help each other out.
What did you not like about this institution?
Expectations are pretty high here, and low performing employees are led out the door pretty quickly. The pay could also be better.
