What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Offering more opportunities for promotions is something that will help to keep associates to stay with the firm instead of going to other firms.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay and benefits are good. We get free amenities at the office some times. The good culture and fellow attorneys I work with make it easy for me to do my job. The resources are also great.
What did you not like about this institution?
This firm does not really offer much when it comes to advancement within the firm. The superiors are easy to communicate with though, so I hope this is an issue that can be remedied.
