Great group of gentleman to work for

I would really like to see this firm take on more cases. Ideally we should at least be guaranteed 40 hours a week with some opportunities for over time.

This firm offers excellent pay and takes on cases that are never boring. I really enjoyed my time spend with the senior attorney's at this firm and learning the in's and out's of being an attorney!

Work can be quite a bit slow at times. I also felt as though I should of received more hours but since work was so slow at times this was not feasible I suppose.

Take on more challenging cases and try to create more business for the firm. Skills can stagnate and people will look for greener pastures if they don't have anything to do.

The firm is a friendly and professional place to work. Everyone is pleasant and helpful toward each other. It's a growing firm with good prospects for the future.

The work isn't very stimulating and the workload can be kind of slow sometimes. It doesn't really challenge our abilities as lawyers.

Firm has great culture, training program could be better

I think that adding more responsibilities earlier on, though it might have been initially hard, would have offered even more chances for growth.

Firm has great culture, training program could be better

I felt that there were missed chances with some clients or cases where they chose not to involve some of us who were just starting out at the firm. There could have been a more substantive training program to really prepare and allow us to contribute in meaningful ways to the firm.
