What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The senior partners at this firm expect that they will need to train you. So you will be working with very smart people on a regular basis, and learning from your mistakes. They won't hold your hand, but instead will show you the ropes and let you figure it out for yourself.

What did you not like about this institution?
This firm has a limited number of practice areas. If you want to specialize in a certain area of law, you may want to find another firm that can accommodate you. Here, you may be stuck doing something you're not as interested in.
