The leaders of the firm should do a better job of communicating more effectively and respectfully with their workers and staff. An increase in wage for the amount of work done should be an area of focus.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The law firm has created a space in which it offers the opportunity to learn practicing law. The leadership of the firm is full of very capable individuals full of knowledge.

What did you not like about this institution?
Sometimes the leaders of the firm do not communicate with a level of respect. There is a vast amount of work and the pay is not on par with it.
