Management needs to take into account employees and their opinions. Employees can help benefit a firm and help them grow further.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm had a good starting salary when I first began. They paid much better than other competitors and had me trained very well. The training session took several weeks but I felt very prepared for my position.
What did you not like about this institution?
Management at this firm could be better. They didn't take employee considerations into heart and it felt like this firm was outdated. There were great methods brought up to management, and they would brush you off very quickly.
