What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The management needs to be in the office more often to dictate how the firm should really be run.
What did you not like about this institution?
The upper management doesn't seem to have a handle on what goes on in the office. The frequent chaos that arises is overlooked and not cared about since the uppers are rarely in the office.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
This firm needs to have more variety if they want to keep people around at their company. Otherwise people will look for better opportunities elsewhere.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm provides a great learning experience and training options. When people first start they are trained very well and management is almost always available to answer any questions or concerns. The people working here are also very friendly and personable.
What did you not like about this institution?
The only problem in this firm is the lack of advancement and promotions. They do offer raises occasionally, which are nice, but if you're looking for a place to move up in the business world this isn't the firm for you.

The firm is a joke. The people there do not know how to practice the law. Maybe that’s why they get sued for malpractice so much.
