Advice to law firm management: This firm needs to have more variety if they want to keep people around at their company. Otherwise people will look for better opportunities elsewhere.

Pros: This firm provides a great learning experience and training options. When people first start they are trained very well and management is almost always available to answer any questions or concerns. The people working here are also very friendly and personable.

Cons: The only problem in this firm is the lack of advancement and promotions. They do offer raises occasionally, which are nice, but if you're looking for a place to move up in the business world this isn't the firm for you.

Advice to law firm management: The management needs to be in the office more often to dictate how the firm should really be run.

Cons: The upper management doesn't seem to have a handle on what goes on in the office. The frequent chaos that arises is overlooked and not cared about since the uppers are rarely in the office.
