This is one of the most toxic work environments. The people are liars and not trustworthy in any way shape or form.

People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Avoid it at all cost.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Hire more individuals to continue being able to grow the business and get things done even quicker. That will improve the business overall.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working here makes you understand how great everyone is at this firm. Everyone is very hard working and does what needs to be done.

What did you not like about this institution?
There is a large workload that you do not feel like you can offset at times. That can take a toll on you and get stressful.

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see management allow employees to open up and talk candidly more throughout the day. Perhaps hiring some new young attorney's would help to get everyone talking throughout the day.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I worked here for a few months and while I was here I really enjoyed all of the help that I received being a new attorney. I also thought that the pay was great and my secretary was very helpful.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work environment can be a little bit too quiet for my tastes. While it is a very professional firm it feels a bit too formal for my tastes.
