What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that a course or maybe a staff meeting about professionalism would help with the ""bad attitudes"" that some people have. It might be a nice little check-in on what is appropriate and what isn't.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work the firm does is always interesting and isn't ever dull. The work also is really important to us, the staff, and the care that everyone puts into every case is special. It really shows how involved and caring the staff and attorneys are compared to other companies.

What did you not like about this institution?
There are some staff members that are not the kind that are a people person. They tend to have a worse attitude than the rest of us and tend to bring the mood down with complaints over trivial things.
