What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think something as minor as giving the employees more amenities would be great for helping the attorneys deal with some stress and long hours.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has a reputation of doing good work among the community. It's because of this that the partners make sure we pay extra attention to detail when it comes to our clients. It's a good thing I work with a lot of smart attorneys here just in case I have issues.

What did you not like about this institution?
If I were to list some cons at the firm it would deal with mostly the pay and hours we have to work. But it isn't anything serious.
