On 3/16/2020 President Trump stated that if you are a person with a serious underlying health condition—such as a significant heart or lung problem—stay home and away from other people and to listen to and follow the directions of your state and local authorities, Tiffany & Bosco aided David Gerdes to force a board certified family nurse practitioner to her surrender her 7 Year old child who has been hospitalized for asthma in FL and treated for asthma in Arizona. Tiffany & Bosco law firm aided in the child being forced to travel via commercial airlines with stops to the state of Arizona, where Father then placed the child in sole home of Jessica Rogers, a RN working in a hospital, who is being tested weekly or monthly for drugs or alcohol due to her public DUI in Scottsdale Arizona. Jessica Rogers RN is on the frontlines of COVID-19, she could give Eli this infection at any moment. Eli was forced to be surrendered by Tiffany & Bosco. I will take full legal action against this law firm if my child ends up in a coffin due to COVID-19. The state of Florida declined Father's request for mother to surrender her child, but mother had already surrounded her child by the time she found out .

I think that a management overhaul is needed. The firm has gone too far with the current management. They should be sent to either a training course or fired. The pay and benefits don't make up for the abuse the staff gets regularly.
One of the best things about this firm is that the quality of work that is done is second to none. The staff ensures that the work is thorough and there isn't anything over looked. The firm really takes care of the employees with great benefits and a great salary, which helps us wanting to ensure that the quality is there. It's a great place in that regard.
Unfortunately, great pay can only get so far. The work at the firm can be depressing and that doesn't help with the verbal abusive the staff receives from the management. The workplace is toxic and if you aren't being yelled at by management, you are dealing with there not being any real leadership here. The turnover is very high. The management knows this and they just have a ""learn on your own"" approach to new people. However, they do something wrong they are going to be yelled at and ridiculed.
