Pros: Watkins & Eager is a large, modern law firm with all the benefits you'd expect from a firm of its size. The pay is good, the benefits are plentiful, and the offices are located in an attractive place.
Cons: The firm is somewhat lacking in diversity. This applies in terms of race, gender, and alma mater. The firm can be oppressive in its demands for conformity. Diversion from the mean is not rewarded.
