This firm needs to offer more room for growth. Expanding the firm will help employees obtain better positions.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm has always felt like a second home to me rather than a work place. Everyone gets along great with one another and management is always there when you need them. The clients I work with are also great and everyone is always very happy.

What did you not like about this institution?
Unfortunately this firm doesn't have a lot of room for advancement. People seem to be stuck in the same positions for many years and promotions are few and far between.
