What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
A bit more training for new associates would be nice. Better yet, institute a mentorship program to help get them on their feet.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I'm very happy with the salary and benefits package that I was offered when I started here. The pay here is very competitive and the benefits are top notch.

What did you not like about this institution?
Expectations for new associates are on the high side and there isn't a lot of mentoring going on. New associates are on their own and are expected to sink or swim by themselves.
