They need to hire more young motivated people to free up the more experienced attorney's that have been working there for years. This way, people will be less tied down working on multiple projects at a time.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This firm offers a lot of upwards mobility in regards to future opportunities and promotions. The environment is also very professional, warm, and candid.

What did you not like about this institution?
Since so many people work at this firm, it can take a while to hear back from one of your coworkers, as most people are working on multiple projects simultaneously and tend to be very busy.
