What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management could offer better bonuses and incentives which I think would help alleviate some of the stress we get during busy times of the year.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I get to work with a variety of attorneys that specialize in different fields of the law. I'm actually amazed by how knowledgeable some of the people are here. The pay is good and I have good access to resources.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work load we get sometimes can be a bit overwhelming. We work with a lot of different practices and our hours and schedules get a little busy.
