What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think that the firm could do a better job of having some of the clientele get to know more than just some of the attorney that they frequently work with. Something like that would create more opportunities for associates.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I really like the atmosphere of the work environment here. The people are smart and have a great positive attitude. Resources are great. And we even have good amenities at the work place.

What did you not like about this institution?
If there is a flaw to the firm it's that the superiors and partners don't really put too much trust on some of the more important cases to some attorneys. I don't think it's anything devious. I think it has more to do with clientele preferences. It's a minor issue.
