Attorneys should take courses on how to interact and be mindful of staff

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Most of the partners are very personable, approachable and knowledgeable.

What did you not like about this institution?
The managing partner is rude, nasty and unprofessional. She has horrible mannerisms and shows no respect to staff, especially the Assistant she personally oversees. Also, person in payroll discusses personal salary information with other employees which is severely unprofessional.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
The supporting staff (paralegals and assistants) have each others back and help out when in need. It’s usually all hands on deck
