What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management needs to have more authority over their employees. People are feeling distracted by workplace drama and unable to complete work to the best of their ability.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This law firm was located in a great location right in downtown. Parking was easy to find and the view from my office was beautiful. I enjoyed coming into work every day simply because I could see the ocean and be inspired to work harder having a positive environment.

What did you not like about this institution?
Management was a little lackluster at times. Employees seemed to be able to get away with a lot and it didn't seem like this firm had much structure. I would have enjoyed staying here longer if drama wasn't such a big issue and employees focused more on work.
