What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Management should consider redoing the inside of the office. This will appeal to more people and clients will want to join.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The people are friendly at this firm and everyone gets along well. The pay is also good for my position and the hours are always consistent. I don't think I've ever had a week where I worked overtime, but you can get work if you want to.

What did you not like about this institution?
The interior of this firm greatly needs to be redone. At lot of the modeling and technology around the office is old and outdated. This firm was built in the 1970s and I don't think anyone has decorated it since.
