I think there could be more workshops and training for people that need it, which would help others get used to the workflow more quickly.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
My time here has been a fulfilling experience so far. Every day there is something new to learn.

What did you not like about this institution?
It can be a bit daunting to look at the sheer amount of work everyone puts in every week. It may take some people a while to get acclimated.
