Provide better benefits. Fix management's problems. Decrease the workload.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Attorneys are very knowledgeable and the staff is supportive. The pay is acceptable. Some of the work is interesting.
What did you not like about this institution?
The benefits need improvement. Management is not always easy to work with. The workload can be overwhelming at times.
