What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm should pay more for over time. Preparations could be somewhat more composed and accommodating. The holiday pay strategy is somewhat stingy at times.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm really cares for its customers and employees. From the first day onward, they have influenced me to feel invited and acknowledged. I appreciate working with my group and my manager, and have taken in a considerable amount of knowledge from working here. The office parties, the group building exercises, the advantages, PTO, and so on make the experience working here astonishing.

What did you not like about this institution?
The work is pretty intense at times and stressful. That should not be out of the ordinary with a firm like this. Expect some unpaid overtime, which is terrible and something that I loathe.
