Create job security or a point at which you've earned the firm's loyalty and have passed that point. Raise the pay a bit; it's kind of low.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
There are plenty of training opportunities. The other staff members are very nice and willing to assist you in any way they can that is reasonable. Leave requests are handled with haste.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay is a little low; there are no bonus incentives or any at all. I'm always worried if I'm going to be let go.
