What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
It would be nice if all of the books were catalogued digitally. It would take some time at first but it would be so much easier after the system is in place.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
I think I've learned more while working here than I ever did while in law school. There is a huge library of resources here, and people to gain knowledge from.

What did you not like about this institution?
Some more organization to be able to find materials more easily would help a lot, as sometimes I'm wasting time while looking something up.
