Try and open more senior positions so you can keep those who want to stay and keep progress with the firm. This will continue to allow more business to stream in.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working here was a treat, from both the stand point of salary and getting to know such great people and making great connections.

What did you not like about this institution?
I had to leave and go onto another firm, as I felt like I outgrew the firm and it did not seem like they had any senior positions open.
