None.
W&S treats all employees (not related to Connie or Joe), as disposable and inconsequential. This fundamental lack of professionalism is the root cause of high turnover, poor performance and inefficiency.
Connie Silvaggio - Vindictive, arbitrary, and insecure.
This firm really needs to get on the ball and hire some new management that will make sure that everyone is on the same page. There is no reason why we should be regressing most of the time instead of progressing on cases.
The pay is decent and there are plenty of opportunities for overpay if you don't mind working long hours on tedious cases doing tedious work.
They are too disorganized at this firm. There were multiple instances in which we lost 20+ hours of work due to missing paper work, missing evidence, and delay's in communication.
This firm should consider paying their employees a little more, especially those who have worked a while for the firm. Otherwise people will leave and look elsewhere.
This firm offers a friendly and upbeat working environment that is tough to beat. They really listen to their employees and treat us as equals rather than micro-managing. They also teach you a lot about your career along the way and really assist in benefitting your career.
I wish the pay was a little better at this firm. It isn't terrible but could be better. I've looked for other jobs in the past simply because of the pay.
I think this firm has the resources to help develop the careers of their employees. These should be taken more seriously. The lack of responsibility the management took in helping us meet certain professional goals at different stages of our career influenced me in my decision to find another firm that had a clearer focus on helping me navigate my career path.
Had autonomy over my work at this firm but lack of additional opportunities
There were no benchmarks for us to receive evaluations that could have assisted in meeting larger goals for the firm. This also did not help me in making professional decisions while I was at this firm. I expected opportunities to work on a wider variety of cases with as many different partners as possible. However, this turned out to not be the case at this firm.
Thank you.
