What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I think management needs to do a better job of making sure that associates are able to help each other more. Scheduling more events and having meetings could help to alleviate work related issues.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay and benefits here are great. There is a good amount of resources for attorneys to use. The amenities are good. I also think the clientele is great.

What did you not like about this institution?
A major flaw here at the firm is that there is a lot of competitiveness between the associates. This creates an environment that is sometimes not too healthy when it comes to culture and atmosphere.
