What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Best part was working with the attorneys but not with Mr. Gucciardo. Tony is a very nice manager, truly tries to help. Location is great, not too far from the train station, lots of places to eat nearby

What did you not like about this institution?
No room for growth, no respect from Mr. Gucciardo. You truly don’t know what mood he walk in with. He believes he knows best and is ALWAYS right

What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Provide a lot more room for growth. Allow more flexibility in the workplace.

There are a variety of practice areas at the firm. Top lawyers work here. The environment is innovative and professional.

There is not a lot of room for growth at the firm. The work/life balance could be better than it is.

Get the memo on how to run a stable law practice, act professionally and stop complaining about being 61, that's not old. And no one actually enjoys your stories, those who laugh do so out of obligtion. And pay more attention to puppy dog Kim she is begging for it.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Paul is fantastic, knowledgeable and professional. There is only one other associate handling all the cases.Mr. Gucciardo has been an attorney for a long time and has extensive knowledge.

What did you not like about this institution?
No room for growth and terribly disorganized. Plus, Mr. Gucciardo has hit the wall of delusion. He thinks he knows everything, believes he is humble, and the thought of money excites him like crack excites an addict. Kim the paralegal believes she is a lawyer and talks down to the other paralegals like she is better than us. Look, the firm's shorthand name is guccilaw; come on. That says it all. They do not give a crap about clients, or support staff. don't believe the hype. Mr. Guccirdo is grandiose and believes that he is some type of legend. No one has really ever heard of him. WORST OF ALL Mr. GUCCIARDO doesn't want to manage his firm. He is above the details. So forget about growing your career. And the whole "we are happy to try a case instead of settling for less" is a big bluff

There's only one. He is rude and will prioritize everything and everything above you. He has fox news on 24/7 and generally does not have anything positive or helpful to say.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Tony. And Jon Paul's sexy ass. computers, chairs, desks and the leather. HATE HATE HATE having to see Mr. Gucciardo's ugly mug right when I walk in. What a crappy way to start the day (he has picture of himself right on the wall when you walk in).
