Management should be accountable for their actions. Stop playing the blame game. Pay people what they are worth.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The people here are wonderful and have been here for years. You get a lot of knowledge in legal processes and time management.
What did you not like about this institution?
The work load is unrealistic and the pay is not worth the stress. Management is immature.
