Law firm should focus on how to keep and promote hard working employees. Having favorites in a law firm doesn't put emphasize on the value of hard work and knowledge. Leaders should be placed in workshops to provide better support to hard working staff.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The law firm has created a positive environment in which co-workers, attorneys, and leadership have attributed to the kind environment it offers. The resources available to staff and attorneys makes it accessible via technology.

What did you not like about this institution?
There have been layoffs over the years in which many hard working staff members have lost their jobs. Sometimes leadership of the firm pays attention to certain favorite employees.
