Pay your workers what they deserve. Provide more opportunities for advancement.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The work is enjoyable. Staff morale is excellent. Communication is definitely important to this firm. This is a good experience for newcomers.
What did you not like about this institution?
There needs to be more opportunities for advancement. The pay is not very good for the work being done.
