Give all the information at the interview so it is not a shock to new people coming on. Be reasonable with workloads, and give proper follow up. Set up clear tracks for promotion within the firm for employee retention.
Everyone is very helpful, and will give assistance for anything you need. They understand teamwork is important, and work together with you to help you get used to the work. Employees are taken care of, and the workplace is easy to work in.
