What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Spend more time to retain existing employees, especially those who are valuable and hard working. I think if more resources are spent on providing the proper support, there wouldn't be such a high turnover rate.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Friendly firm with good benefits
What did you not like about this institution?
With a high turnover rate, it's tough on those who stay to have to readjust every few months. It can be tough voicing these concerns to HR and the management, who do their best to stay connected to employees.

Prepare better for a downturn. Maybe eliminate some of the "management" positions you created as most do not compare to the level of experience that you laid off. Try focusing on loan officer business as well as real estate agent business. When you put your eggs in one basket, you are bound to break a whole bunch.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay is good and they do allow for overtime when the market and business are good.
What did you not like about this institution?
When the market has a downward shift, it is every man for himself. You cease being a person and become a "business decision." The number of years and loyalty to the firm do not mean anything when the market slows. This is unfortunate because several, very good, loyal, beyond capable, highly experienced employees were laid off.
People, departments, offices, products, services and whatever comes to mind that should be avoided at this institution
Tammy Skinner. She really can't be trusted. If she has no use for you, she will cut you in a heartbeat. She claims that she is fair, but she is not. Definitely has her favorites. She pits her employees against each other.
