What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
I would like to see this firm hire some new front desk staff members and secretaries. We could get more work done if we could spend more time on our cases and less time doing small tasks.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Staff members are very accommodating and the cases are always very interesting. There's not much down time so you are always kept busy which is a good thing in my book.

What did you not like about this institution?
We don't have enough front desk staff members. It can really cut into my focus to have to go handle small tasks when I know that a secretary could easily take care of it for me if I had one to accommodate me around the clock.
