What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Keep on the path that you are on right now. Everything is working pretty well at the firm in my opinion. I think it will continue to grow and evolve if things keep up the way they are now.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
This is an outstanding firm to work for; they really take care of their employees. The job satisfaction here is very high. It's an open and collaborative environment that teaches you a lot about trial law.
What did you not like about this institution?
It would be nice if the work could be a little more diversified, and allocated in a little more organized manner than theway it's done now. It's a little haphazard sometimes.
