Treat your staff better. Find loyalty to the staff that has shown loyalty to you. Stop gossiping, hire a new office manager and find a HR person.

Free parking downtown access to building gym and break room

Rarely promote within, low salary, discrimination issues, uncomfortable environment, no HR, no perks, no loyalty, no bonuses
